who will be taking part in efforts to clean up and improve their local communities. In
celebration of Earth Day, local activities of the Great American Cleanup include a massive
removal of litter and illegal dumping from our public spaces - neighborhoods, roadways,
waterways, parks, schools, etc. Additional community improvement activities may include
tree plantings, recycling activities, painting over of graffiti or run-down buildings,
etc.Demonstrate your individual responsibility by taking part in this annual effort to
make Palm Beach County neighborhoods and public spaces a safe, more enjoyable place to
live, work and play!

Promotion are noted with that promotion tag in red. Volunteers wishing to participate in
this promotion are required and responsible for pre-registering
on the Disney website before volunteering
and reading program terms and conditions. Volunteers are also responsible for
pre-registering with the Site Manager using the KPBCB
volunteer registration form and verifying the completion of their volunteer work with
that Site Manager the day of the event. KPBCB is not responsible for verifying volunteer
work with Disney.

This site is limited to 100 volunteers. Individuals and
groups of volunteers are encouraged to pre-register in advance by contacting Ginny
Powell. In addition to the liability waiver/registration forms required by Keep Palm
Beach County Beautiful, group leaders and individuals will be required to complete an
additional registration form to secure boat transportation to and from the island on the
day of the event. Private boaters are also encouraged to participate and
should register in advance if possible. Private boaters should plan to pick up
supplies at Lakeside Park. You may be working in hot, wet, dirty conditions.
Sunscreen, hats, long pants, and close-toed shoes are strongly recommended. There
are no restroom facilities available on Munyon Island.
